Quality 4.0 Vision Inspection System for Electronics Manufacturer

Developed and deployed an inline AI vision inspection system for a leading electronics manufacturer’s SMD PCB production line. The system uses deep learning models trained on 50,000+ annotated defect images to detect solder defects, missing components, and misalignment at 1,200 boards/hour. First-pass yield improved from 94% to 99.2%, saving ₹2.8 Cr annually in rework costs.
