Embedded Controller Design for Industrial Weighbridge System

TAS designed a ruggedized embedded controller for an industrial weighbridge OEM. The device integrates high-accuracy load cell ADC, RFID reader, 4G modem, and touchscreen HMI in a single DIN-rail unit. Cloud connectivity enables fleet analytics, automated weighment tickets, and tamper detection. The product is now deployed at 200+ mine sites and logistics parks.
